1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of homeupgradetrends.com (the “Site”), operated by us (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.
2. Nature of the Site (Advertising Disclosure)

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
14. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site. The “Effective Date” indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions — will survive.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
